Gary Spears, 44, Quinton, and Darleen Renee Hall, 32, Wetumka, have each been charged with one felony count of grand larceny of one felony count of unauthorized use of a vehicle.
The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) will offer flu vaccine statewide beginning Monday, October 1st , at all county health department locations. Flu shots will be provided at no out-of-pocket cost to recipients. Those with insurance are asked to provide their card showing coverage.

On Friday, September 28, 2018, the OAAE Hall of Fame inducted ten outstanding educators from the state of Oklahoma who has taught at least five years in an educational institution in this state.
Donnie Nero attended and participated in pasture demonstrations held at Castle. He spoke to the group about his work with the Natural Resources Conservation Service and the Okfuskee County Conservation District and how he implementa his conservation plan to improve his operation.
The Wetumka City Council held their regular scheduled meeting on Monday, September 10, 2018. The Council members present included John Allen, Robert Jaggers, and Larry Roberts. Council Member Rick Griggs was absent.
