Robert Dean “Bob” Pullen, age 75, of Wetumka, Oklahoma, passed away on June 12, 2026, at his home, Wetumka, Oklahoma. He was born on May 30, 1951, in Weleetka, Oklahoma, to Herbert H. Pullen and Viola Belle (Hill) Pullen. Bob lived a life marked by hard work, devotion to family, and a quiet strength that touched everyone who knew him.

Bob graduated from Wetumka High School in 1969 and carried the values of his upbringing with him throughout his life. He was a Christian man whose life reflected the importance of hard work, humility, and perseverance. Those who knew him best will remember him as loving, kind, and selfless, a man who gave of himself freely and without hesitation. He met life’s responsibilities with determination and grace, and he earned the respect of his family, friends, and community through the way he lived each day.

For 45 years, Bob was the owner and operator of Pullen House Movers, a business

that reflected his strong work ethic and steady character. He took great pride in his work and was known for doing things the right way. In addition to his career, he was a rancher and found joy in the land, the cattle, and the honest labor that ranch life required. He especially enjoyed ranching, and one of his proudest treasures was his working windmill, which stood as a symbol of the life he built with his own hands. He also loved classic tractors and appreciated the history, craftsmanship, and usefulness they represented.

In his younger years, Bob enjoyed breaking horses and roping, pursuits that suited his strength, patience, and love for the western way of life. These interests were more than hobbies to him. They were part of who he was and reflected the values he carried throughout his life. He was a man who understood hard work, respected tradition, and took pride in doing his part with honesty and dedication.

In August of 1991, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Bob married Debra “Deb” Pullen, and together they shared a life built on love, commitment, and family. Deb survives him and will forever cherish the many years they shared together. Bob loved his family dearly, and his greatest joy came from being surrounded by those he loved. He especially loved his grandchildren, and they brought light and happiness to his life in a special way. His presence, his encouragement, and his steady love will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert H. Pullen; his mother, Viola Belle (Hill) Pullen; his brother, Hughey Gene Pullen; his daughter, April Pryor; and his father-in-law, Paul Troglin. He is survived by his wife, Debra “Deb” Pullen of the home; his sons, Michael Dean Pullen of Norman and Robbie Aaron Young (Laci) of Stratford; his daughter, Tracy Haney (Brian) of Dustin; his grandchildren, Hailey Pryor Boswell (Kaden), Riley Pryor (Connor), Jadyn Young (Tyler), Rohby Pryor, Bradyn Young, Hudson Young, and Rylan Young; his mother-in-law, Patricia Troglin, sister-in-law, Vicky Pullen; special nieces, Tina Pullen and Becky Pullen; nephew, Donnie Pullen; great-nephew, Issac Harris (Grace) and son in law, Rath Pryor.
