Lumber J. Proctor, 71 year old Holdenville resident since July 2008, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021, in Texarkana, Texas. He was born, the oldest of nine children, on October 30, 1949 in McIntosh County, Dustin, Oklahoma to the late father that passed July 9, 2019, Charlie James Proctor.

Leestra Shatia Robinson of Holdenville, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 at OSU Medical Center in Tulsa at the age of 28 Years. She was born May 11, 1992 to Regina Griffis Robinson and Sydney Robinson Sr. in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Reginald Cortez Ward gained his Heavenly wings on January 5, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at age 48 years. Mr. Ward was born on July 30, 1972 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Esther Louise Hinds Copeland, the youngest of five siblings.

Taren Michelle Lowe passed away in Ada, Oklahoma on Sunday, January 17, 2021, at the age of 41 years. Michelle was the daughter of Tochee and Daniel Narcomey, born on March 12, 1979 in Wetumka, Oklahoma.

Bobbie Jean Lucas passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at her home in Spaulding, Oklahoma. Bobbie was born August 31, 1930, in Skellytown, Texas to Noah and Robbie Cornutt. Bobbie was raised by her Aunt Hazel whom she extremely adored.

James Monroe Griffith passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City at the age of 80. James was born November 30, 1940 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Levi Griffith and Dora Mae Null Griffith. He graduated from Stuart Public School. He served in the US States Army.

Funeral Services for Mekko Robert “Bobby” Lee Yargee will be held Monday, January 18, 2020 at 1:00PM, at the Phillip Deere Roundhouse in Okemah, Ok. Interment will follow at the Deere Family Cemetery in Okemah, Ok.

Carolyn Sue Wheeler passed away in Holdenville, Oklahoma, on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at the age of 78 years. Sue was the daughter of Maude Thomas McCoy and Dazzy Ruth (Davis) McCoy, born on December 2, 1942, in Holdenville, Oklahoma.

Thomas “Tom” James Spillman, age 87, of Atwood, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021. He was born April 23, 1933 on a dairy farm in Miami County, Kansas to John Lee Spillman and Gladys May (Welborn) Spillman. He was a graduate of Wellsville High School, where he loved playing football.
