Devoted husband, father and grandfather, Reverend Roy Sylvester Anderson, 91, passed peacefully into his Savior’s loving arms on Tuesday morning, August 24, 2021. He was born in Iola, Kansas to Roy S. Anderson, Sr., and Nora E. Robinson.

A Henryetta woman died after a crash in Okfuskee County yesterday.Troopers say it happened just after 9 p.m. on Highway 75 north of Weleetka.Tina Berry, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene by Creek Nation EMS.

Delores Marie (Flanagan) Robertson, passed away on August 29, 2021 at her home in Bowlegs, Oklahoma. She was born August 20, 1946 in Dustin, Oklahoma to parents Robert E. Flanagan and Sadie (Graham) Flanagan. She graduated from Dustin High School.Delores married Roy H. Robertson, Jr.

Funeral services for Willard Dean Welch were held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Wetumka, Oklahoma. Interment followed at the Weleetka Cemetery.

Benny Wayne Gordon passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Christus St Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the age of 52.Benny was born January 5, 1969 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Johnny and Pamela Gordon. He graduated from Holdenville High School.

William “Bill” Darold Bennett passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 at St Anthony’s Hospital in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 63.Bill was born May 7, 1958 in Schulter, Oklahoma in his home to Jack Olen Bennett, Sr., and Mary Louise (Hendricks) Henry.

Wanda Ruth Blasengame passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021, in her residence in Stuart, Oklahoma at the age of 89.Wanda was born May 13, 1932 in Stuart, Oklahoma to Noah S. Sutterfield and Winnie Davis Suttefield. She attended Stuart School and married James L. Blasengame on August 30, 1949.

Johnnie “Sue” McLoud passed away peacefully at home in Holdenville surrounded by her family on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Sue was born October 21, 1942 in Pauls Valley, the third of six children born to Opal (Pelfry) and Kenneth Sims.She married the love of her life, Dale McLoud on April 25, 1964.
