Charles E. Walker passed away Monday February 8, 2021 at his home in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 91. Charles was born May 23, 1929 to Albert and Lily Mae (Thornberg) Walker in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He attended Springer Public School. Charles married Dorothy (Blalock) Walker March 5,1968.

Funeral services for Polly Norris will be Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Okemah with Bro. Barton Looney officiating. Polly Norris was born July 13, 1941 in Modesto, California to William and Lucy (Scott) Gray.

Harold Dean Henley, 80, longtime Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at his home in Seminole. He was born on August 21, 1940 to Curtis Glen Henley and Mildred Catherine (White) Henley. Harold grew up in Henryetta, Oklahoma and moved to Seminole in 1961.

James Buckner Lowe of Holdenville passed away in Amarillo, Texas on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at the age of 66 years. James was the son of Angel and Elizabeth (McGirt) Lowe, born on February 24, 1954, in Holdenville, Oklahoma, where he was brought up and attended schools.

Winfred Matthew “Boog” Loggins was born September 1, 1966 in Oklahoma City to Curtis Johnie “Bo” Loggins and Mable Jean (Berry) Loggins and passed from this life January 27, 2021 at his home near Yeager at the age of 54. Boog was raised in the Wetumka and Weleetka area.

Roy Powell passed away in Holdenville, Oklahoma on Saturday, January 30, 2021, at the age of 54 years. Funeral service will be Thursday, February 4 th , 2:00 p.m., at Many Springs Baptist Church in Holdenville, with interment at Powell Family Cemetery.

Ruby Irene Tucker of Atwood, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 31, 2021, at the age of 86. Ruby was born on March 3, 1934 to Andrew Jackson McDaniel and Irene Bell (Burton) McDaniel. The last of six children, Ruby was the only daughter.

Funeral services for Reinetta Joyce Fish will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel of Wetumka. Interment will follow at the Salt Creek Cemetery. Reinetta (Hokte) Fish was born on December 14, 1957 in Wetumka, Ok. to Wadley and Wynema (Berryhill) Fish.

Peggy Jean (Harrison) Smith, departed this life at the age of 65 years. She was born November 11, 1955 in Wewoka to the late Eugene Harrison and Susie Baker Harrison. She was a cook for Holdenville schools for many years. Peggy married John Wayne Smith on October 5, 1983 in Holdenville.

Michael Wayne “Mike” Story passed away Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021 at Chickasaw Nation Medical Center in Ada, Oklahoma at the age of 65. Mike was born July 5, 1955 in Ada to JoAnn Story. He attended Bowlegs Public School. He married Monica Pompa in Wichita, KS on July 13, 1979.
