Juanita Brown passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020, at Heritage Village Nursing Home in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 96. Juanita was born July 4, 1923 in Hughes County to Odus and Gladys (Bernard) Stringfellow.  Juanita attended Moss public school.

Reginald “Reggie” Price passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 63. Reggie was born November 16, 1956 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Billy G Price and Patsy (Roberts) Price.  Reggie graduated from Moss public school.

Our sympathies extended to the families of.... Herman Dee Medlock, 93, of Holdenville, passed away on January 2, 2020 in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Funeral services were held at 11:00 A.M. on January 6th at East Main Church of Christ with Kevin Wright officiating.

Edna Maxine Cooper was born on December 26, 1920 in Winona Oklahoma and departed this life on January 2, 2020 at the age of 99.   She was the third oldest of seven children born to Roy and Luna (Anspaugh) Robinson.  Edna’s early life was lived in or near the Quinton, Oklahoma community.

Kenneth Lloyal Conn Sr. passed away from this life in Holdenville on January 2, 2020. He was born in McAlester, Oklahoma on March 13, 1947, to Lloyal Conn and Helen (White) Conn.   On April 5, 1968 he married the love of his life, Mary Margaret Jones .

Carol Don McCarn passed away Wednesday, December 25th, 2019 in his home in Atwood, Oklahoma at the age of 84. Carol as born December 8th, 1935 in Atwood, Oklahoma to Unis Mc-Carn and Pearl Butler McCarn. Carol graduated from Atwood public schools.

Services for Lewis Turner Williams, 82, of Stuart were 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 26th , at the Non Free Will Baptist Church, Pastor Tommy Chaffin officiated. Burial followed at Non Cemetery. Mr. Williams passed away Sunday, December 22, 2019, at his home.

Eileen (Hobia) Harjo passed away Friday December 20, 2019, at the Heritage Village Nursing Center at the age of 85. Eileen was born August 31, 1934 in Carson, Oklahoma to Sango Harjo and Nora Bruner.  Eileen attended Eufaula Boarding schools.

Funeral services for Jack Dewayne Choate will be held Monday, December 23, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Skyview Baptist Church in Okemah. Interment will follow at the Highland Cemetery in Okemah with full honors.

Gordon Ray McKane passed away Thursday, December 12, 2019 in Holden-ville at the age of 61. Gordon was born February 8, 1958 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to John McKane and Phyllis Coker McKane.   He graduated from Holdenville High School class of 1976.  Later, Gordon attended Tulsa Welding School.
