Jody Lee Nichols passed away Tuesday January 7 2020 at the Holdenville General Hospital in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age 50. Jody was born December 12, 1969 in Coal-gate, Oklahoma to Johnny and Velma (King) Coats.  Jody graduated from Holdenville public schools in 1989.

Arthur Bruner III passed away Friday, January 10, 2020, at St Francis Heart Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 54. Arthur was born March 6, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois to Arthur J Bruner Jr. and Janell Davis Bruner. Arthur graduated from Sequoyah school.

Patricia Lynn ‘Pat’ Blanton passed away in Oklahoma City on Friday, January 3, 2020, at the age of 73 years. Pat was the daughter of Ivan Ray Gerhart and Erma Imogene (Miller) Gerhart, born on December 1, 1946, in Richmond, California, where she was brought up and attended schools.

Ioleta Faye “Judy” Williamson was born March 28, 1944 in Hughes County to Darvin Lewis and Leona (Cousins) White and passed from this life January 6, 2020 at the Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa at the age of 75.

Brenda G. Moody passed away in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at the age of 61 years. Brenda was the daughter of J. E. and Gladys (Saxon) Robertson, born on January 31, 2058, in Hugo, Oklahoma, where she was brought up and attended schools through eighth grade.

Melvin Eugene Franklin, 87, of Raleigh, Mississippi, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at Miss Care Center in Raleigh. He was born Thursday, May 26, 1932. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.  Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031.

  Ida Sue Taylor passed away in Oklahoma City on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, at the age of 43 years. Ida was the daughter of Jimmy and Idalene (Mc-Geeley) Taylor, born on May 19, 1976, in Holdenville, where she was brought up and attended schools.

Funeral services for Raymond Scott will be held today, Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Alabama Quassarte Community Center in Wetumka, Oklahoma. Interment will follow at the Yeager Cemetery in Yeager, Oklahoma.

Kathryn Flora Mae (Wetsel) Cole was born September 27, 1954 to James Earl Wetsel and Jean Frances (Bennett) Wetsel in Arlington Texas. She passed from this life on December 22, 2019. Kathryn earned an associate degree in music from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas.

William Oliver Lemmones passed away in Denison, Texas on January 1, 2020, at the age of 85 years. Memorial services were held on Saturday, January 4th , 1:00 p.m., at the Pentecostal Holiness Church, 310 North Echo Street in Holdenville.
