Frances Geneva Smith was born June 5, 1936 in Doniphan, Missouri to Charles and Virginia (Nelson) Martin and passed from this life at the age of 85.Mrs. Smith moved from Missouri to California as a child with her family. There she attended the McFarland School.

George Calvin Loman, lifelong Seminole County resident, passed away at his son’s home in Haileyville, Oklahoma on Monday, January 24, 2022, at the age of 93 years.Calvin was the son of Chris and Ethel Mae (Halk) Loman, born on May 6, 1928, in the Salem community near Henryetta, Oklahoma.

Etta Marie Harness, 64, of Pierce, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at the St. Francis Hospital of Muskogee.Etta was born on August 22, 1957 in Floydada, Texas, the daughter of James Edward and Mary (Whitener) Teafiteller. She attended school at both Canadian and Crowder.

Services for Wendell Don Venable, 79, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 18, at the Ada First United Methodist Church, Rev. Larry Bauman, Rev. David Daniel and Rev. Brian Matthews will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.Mr.

Funeral services for Vickie L. Mead, Wetumka resident, were held Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Living Water Church of Wetumka, Oklahoma. Wake services were held Tuesday, 7:00 PM also at the Living Water Church. Interment followed at the Wiley – Watson Cemetery.

Pauline Paschal Laneer died on February 9, 2022, at age 103. She was born on January 18, 1919, in Wetumka, OK, to Lucille Lowder Pasachal and Claud Paschal. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loy Laneer, on January 13, 1993.

Keith Lynn Walton passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022, at his residence in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 56.Keith was born January 24, 1966 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Charles and Peggy (Mayo) Walton. He graduated from Holdenville High School. Keith enjoyed hot wheels and watching TV.

Felicia Louise Watson was born on November 6, 1986 in Okemah, Oklahoma to her mother Phyllis Marie Bencoma. Felicia passed from this life on January 29, 2022.Felicia attended Okemah schools, and later moved to Sand Springs, Oklahoma and she became a homemaker.
