Linda Rue Skinner, age 76, went to meet the Lord on June 14, 2023 surround - ed by her family. Mrs. Skinner was loved by all who knew her in the Holdenville and Sapulpa commu - nities. Strong in her faith, Linda would pray for all and sing hymnals to Jesus.

Hobert Glenn Myrick passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 88.Hobert was born July 21, 1934 in Oakman, Oklahoma to Olief Myrick and Willie Mae (Lilley) Myrick. Hobert graduated from Spaulding High School. Hobert serve in the U.S. Army.

Kurrilue John - son Jr. passed on June 9, 2023, in Odenton, Maryland. He was the son of late Kurrilue and Bernice John - son Sr, the son of late Jessie and Su - sie Golden John - son of Clearview.

Donald “Gene” Holliman gained his perfect healing on Monday, June 12, 2023, in Oklahoma City at the age of 75 years. A celebration of his life will be held, Saturday, June 17, 2023, at 11:00 am, at the East Main Church of Christ in Holdenville where he served as an Elder.

Regina Sue Hester, 74 of Holdenville, passed away June 6, 2023. She was born in Holdenville to Leroy Bible and Maxine (Wingo) Bible. Sue worked as an LPN for over 20 years in Hughes County. After retirement she spent her time gardening, watching sci-fi movies and reading.

Clarence Richard Proctor was born February 4, 1944 in Wetumka, Oklahoma to Ernest Ray Proctor and Norma Ruth (Morris) Proctor and passed from this life June 13, 2023 in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 79.Richard spent most of his childhood in Wetumka and attended Wetumka School.

Kristy Ann Scott, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Jerry Lee Smith passed away Monday, June 5, 2023 in Holdenville, Oklahoma at the age of 75.Jerry was born March 29, 1948 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Winifred Gene Smith and Clara Mae (Petty) Smith. Jerry graduated from Ardmore High School. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from East Central University.

Glenda Joyce Smith passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Heritage Village Nursing Center at the age of 84.Glenda was born December 10, 1938 in Jesse, Oklahoma to Francis Monroe Collis and Pearl (London) Collis. Glenda graduated from Holdenville High School.

Ray Karl Wunder was born February 5, 1941, in Waterloo, Iowa to Alice Reed and Lloyd Wunder of Dysart, Iowa and died May 4th at his home in Wetumka.He attended Dysart Public School and graduated from the University of Iowa earning his pharmacy degree.
